What makes Adr\u0161pach Rock City unique?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

I remember the first time I visited the Rock City in Adr\u0161pach. I was 12 on my first trip abroad, and the unique rock formations wowed me. It was like I was walking in a fairytale. When I returned to Adr\u0161pach 20 years later, after having visited many natural wonders around Europe, I was curious if I would still feel the same way about this place.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To my surprise, the wow factor was still there. Walking through the rock labyrinth, I felt like a child exploring the marvellous nature-made sculptures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Adr\u0161pach Rock City – highlights<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

  • The Gothic Gate. The former entrance to the park was built in 1839. Movie enthusiasts will recognise it from its appearance in Chronicles of Narnia<\/em>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    • The Great Waterfall. At 16 metres in height, it creates a gorgeous view and, in winter, transforms into a beautiful icefall.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • The Sugarloaf. One of the most interesting rock formations in the park, with its narrow bottom part and a 13-meter-wide top section, the Sugarloaf looks like it could topple down at any moment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • The Lovers. The most iconic rock structure in Adr\u0161pach is also its tallest, rising to 81,4 metres.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

        Trail marking: <\/strong>green<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        The trail is not accessible for pushchairs and wheelchairs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        If you’re looking for a longer route, you can combine the route through the Adr\u0161pach rocks with Teplice rocks (blue trail). The loop around the Teplice rocks is 6 km long.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
